Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We accept refund requests only in the following cases:

  • The product arrived with a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., cracks, broken parts, missing elements).

  • The product was damaged during shipping (e.g., crushed packaging, broken item inside).

  • You received the wrong item or the item does not match the description (e.g., wrong model, color, or design).

To qualify for a refund, you must provide photo or video proof showing that the defect or damage was present upon delivery.

❗ Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The item was damaged after delivery due to improper use or handling.

  • The customer changed their mind or simply doesn't like the item, if it matches the description.

  • The item shows signs of wear or misuse after delivery.

  • Refunds are not issued due to misunderstandings regarding materials or decorative markings. This information is clearly disclosed prior to purchase.

Note:
You do not need to return the defective product — it remains yours. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after approval. Feel free to contact us - we’ll be happy to help you exchange your item for one of equal or lesser value.

Austauschrichtlinie (Nicht-defekte Artikel)

Während wir keine Rückerstattungen bei Käuferschmerz anbieten (siehe Einschränkungen oben), verstehen wir, dass Sie möglicherweise eine andere Größe benötigen oder einen anderen Glanz bevorzugen!

Wenn der Artikel unbeschädigt, ungetragen und in der Originalverpackung ist (d.h. Sie haben ihn noch nicht ausprobiert), können Sie innerhalb des ursprünglichen 14-tägigen Stornierungsfensters einen Austausch gegen einen Artikel von gleichem oder geringerem Wert anfordern.

Kunde trägt Versandkosten: Der Kunde ist für alle Versandkosten verantwortlich, die mit der Rücksendung des ursprünglichen nicht-defekten Artikels und dem Versand des neuen, ausgetauschten Artikels verbunden sind.
Zustandsprüfung: Sobald wir den ursprünglichen Artikel erhalten, wird er schnell inspiziert. Wenn er Anzeichen von Abnutzung, Missbrauch oder Beschädigung aufweist, behalten wir uns das Recht vor, den Austausch abzulehnen und den ursprünglichen Artikel auf Ihre Kosten an Sie zurückzusenden.
Um einen Austausch einzuleiten, senden Sie uns einfach innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt Ihrer Bestellung eine E-Mail an info@mleno.com, einschließlich Ihrer Bestellnummer und der Details des neuen Artikels, den Sie erhalten möchten. Wir werden Sie durch den Rückversandprozess führen – achten Sie nur darauf, den Schmuck sorgfältig zu behandeln!

Important Notice:
By purchasing products from our store, you acknowledge that all items are costume jewelry and do not contain precious metals such as silver or gold. Any markings such as "925", "14K" or "S925" are used solely for decorative purposes and do not indicate the actual composition of the item.
