                      How can I track my order?
                    
                  To track your order, use the tracking number from the email we sent you after it was shipped and enter it on the "Track Your Order" page on our website. You can also track your order via the chat on the website by clicking "Track My Order".
If you received a tracking number, but it is not tracked yet, don’t worry 😄 It will be activated within 24–48 hours after sending.

                  We accept refund requests only in cases of product defects.
To qualify for a refund:
- You must provide proof (such as photos) that the defect was present when you received the package.
 
- The product must not have been damaged through improper use after delivery.
 
Once your claim is verified and approved, we will issue a refund.
You do not need to return the defective product — it remains yours.
If damage to the goods occurs after delivery of our vine, you rely on evidence of our liability to issue compensation funds.

                  Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery will take approximately 8-12 days.

                      What happens if my package gets lost or delayed?
                    
                  If your package is lost in transit or never arrives, we’ve got you covered.
Once we confirm the issue with the shipping carrier, we’ll issue a full refund — no excuses.
